Do you own ground? A house? Is it ok if I walk in your house to get a drink of water? I promise to only do it when you aren't home and don't know about it.
Yeah,I guess all you guys who say it's ok to jump a fence will have no problem with a complete stranger strolling into you home and helping themselves to some water from your kitchen sink. After all....nobody's home and nobody will know they were there.
No harm no foul right?.......Please.

Call it breaking and entering or trespassing both imply basicallythe same thing. You are entering another's land or dwelling without permission. No one is home or know you were their in either instance. Soaccording to most here..both are just fine? In one instance a guy
really needed to get his deer, in the the other a guy was
really thirsty.

Uhh, no. Entering someones HOUSE is alot different than jumping a fence and retrieving your deer on the backside of their farm....unless of course your deer ran into said person's house....then by all means enter to retrieve your downed game.
Heres a question for you Big, not saying your opinion is wrong because i can see where you are comin from, but a relavent question.
Let's say your walking your property lines with your dog, out for some morning exercise. Your dog sees a squirrel and chases it onto your neighbors property, who clearly stated you are NEVER to be on his property. Then your dog gets hurt somehow, say snagged in some barbedwire or stepped in a trap, broke a leg, or simply collapsed from heat exhaustion. Are you telling me you would leave your dog there and not help him out?
