Yeah,I guess all you guys who say it's ok to jump a fence will have no problem with a complete stranger strolling into you home and helping themselves to some water from your kitchen sink. After all....nobody's home and nobody will know they were there.

Call it breaking and entering or trespassing both imply basicallythe same thing. You are entering another's land or dwelling without permission. No one is home or know you were their in either instance. Soaccording to most here..both are just fine? In one instance a guy really needed to get his deer, in the the other a guy was really thirsty.

No harm no foul right?
