Get a better Lawyer from out of town.....you should be allowed a right of way to your property!Your Neighbor should have been arrested and charged with endangering a life and firing a firearm in an unsafe manner.It isa shame when peoplewho know someone in law enforcement or court and abuse their rights because they know they can get out of a situation!
