I don't move my sight. I lock it in on 25 yards and compensate for anything over 30 yards. I'm dead on from point blank to 30 yards.
That might work, but I expect precision out of my equipment and I prefer to hold the pin dead on where I want to hit. If I have to move my pin and don't have time, then I shouldn't be taking a rushed shot anyway. On the Ultra it's a simple Thumb Dial.
