also you should prob start out with a plain old double, they are a little easier to use then the ones with more reeds and cuts and everything else. Practice just being able to get it to sit comfortably in your mouth and making noise. Once you can do that i would worry about sounding like a turkey, and there are many instructional DVDs and Cds out there, good luck
