Well I am glad where I hunt for the most part (IA) has sensible rules. You can lawfully retreive your game you harvested w/o permission from another property as long as you do not carry a weapon while doing so! Leave my bow at the fence and I am set....guilt free

As for the first option I would not shoot..and I wouldnt hang my stand 30 yards from the line either. I beleive in preventing temptation as much as possible. [&:]
