RE: QAD Rest question again..
What I find with rests like the ripcord, and QAD, arrow spine and nocking point is critical. You want an arrow little on the stiff side. As most know, an arrow shot from a release usually oscillates up and down where an arrow from finger release, horz. With todays perfect center shots and shoot thru, or drop away rests, spine tends not to be so critical as in the old days. But when you add a rest like ripcord or QAD, you don't want that arrow oscillating more than it has too, and possibly hitting the rest bar or fork.
If a person finds they are getting thier blazers tore up, they need to start looking at spine or nocking point.
