These are some quotes from another thread ......

If you've ever been trespassed upon, you guys that would sneak onto the private would never do it. Trespassing is illegal, no matter what the circumstances are. Whoever the hell said "if the land was taken over for unreasonable reasons" is the reason why hunters get a bad name. What exactly is an unreasonable reason? The land is now private, end of story.
I wonder how you guys would answer the poll ......
This one is mine from the other thread. For me, I'm not hanging my stands where I can shoot over the fence. If it is common knowledge that the other owener isnot friendly to hunters, why even put yourself in a situation where there is an extremely high probablility of having to cross that fence. If you shoot a deer on the middle of your property and it runs 300 yards to the fence, crosses it, and dies within sight, then get the CO, ask him what to do. The original question on this post says the owner is good friends with the CO, so perhaps you can leverage the friendship in getting your deer. Otherwise, stay on your own damn side of the fence.
Mike, let's say you already know that the law states you MUST have the landowners permission and he won't give it ... the deer you legally shot ran on his property and died 10 yards in ..... do you get it?
