I have a 7600 .270win and its more accurate then my 270 700bdl. lol go figure? Anyway never had a problem with mine and recoil is far less than a bolt due to when you shoot the slide will actually dissengauge itself and start reward for you. similar to the winchester speed pump shotgun. You can lighten the trigger by just tapping out the trigger group and compressing the spring that sits on top of the group with some pliers. If you squeeze it too much it wont push the trigger back out and the safety will not engauge fully just stretch the spring a little until it pushes the trigger out. just have to play with it a little. It won't shorten the pull but it will lighten it substantally. Also same procedure for 870,1100,11-87 slug guns!
