Meaning that the scope wouldn't return to zero after reattaching the scope? If that's the case then I will shy away from the QD. I was hoping that the Warne rings (being a little on the high-end side) wouldn't present the problem.
I don't have QDs on any of my guns, but my brother-in-law has Warnes on his Knight. He takes them off every time he cleans his gun and, so far, they have always returned to dead zero.
