For all the folks that say they wouldn't shoot in the second second scenario what if the deer traveled 100,200 0r 300 yards and then crossed the property line?
I may have not been clear enough ... there is no"not shooting" in the second scenario ... I assumed that everyone would shoot a deer on the land they were hunting ..... I can see where a few guys read it that way .....
