My T/C book says 120 FFF black or pyro . I've never shot over a 4" group with mine and have shot loads from 50 to 110 . By the book with 110 grs a tight patched .490 is leaving the muzzle at a little over 2200fps which is about the same as a 30-06' with a 180 . I have punched both heads on an 55 gal oil drum at 175yrd the drop was about 14" and the exit hole was about the size of a half dollar .
