Randy, that's great! Just want to add a thought for y'all to consider. Right now, there's a guy named "Kurt" in Wa and one called "Pa Bowhunter" in Pa looking to get the ball rolling in their states. I realize the ACF's resources are limited, and I have sent both the pdf file you sent me awhile back [thanks again] but maybe some help and guidance/info can be sent to these folks?
