As mentioned, Barrel twist weight has to be considered, but aside from that the problem,Iwould think,with most .30 cal 180 gr bullets being so long, and with with a .308 , is they have to be seated really deep, especialy so, if youhave a clip...
Its only a guess but I would think that powder capacity has to be compromised somewhat affecting velocity and accuracy..
Try the Norma Oryx if a 180gr. is what you want they are shorter,and bonded,and might be able to seat them out farther....
