As if already gutting our DNR, raising fees of every kind and swiping 1.2 billion out the special funds (some of which was earmarked for more public land) wasn't enough. Here's his new proposal.

40% cut in the DNR budget and cutting 200 jobs in the DNR. (which will close many of our public use areas... even though IL is only 1% state owned land)
