I've always kept them on my bow, even when I had the detachable type quivers. Now, all of my bows now are set up with two piece non detachable quivers as they tend to hold the arrows closer to the bowand are more secure (no rattles, vibration). I too like the convenience on the arrows right at my fingertips.
