My hat is off to the guy that kills a buck whith a bow! I killed one with a compound and lost him when the rain came in catching us by surprise, lost the blood trail. I killed a buck with a recurve after it rained a few years later the ground was wet, all things went my way, I brought him home. Now I shoot a bow that is a cross between a recurve and a compound, I've just now gotten to the point where I wish to proove it on the hunt, and fully expect good results. Enjoy the hunt, and don't worry about the technical stuff.
