What does the interested party want to hunt on the land, birds or deer? If it is a deer hunter, set the price high. Have your family ask neighbors who lease their land what they are getting and depending on the feedback they get, set the price accordingly. But have them be careful of not just accepting any joker who comes along. References are essential to keep yahoo's from leasing and destroying the land.
