I have a General and that certainly looks like a screw/bolt for the module. Mine are CONSTANTLY backing out and I have to tighten them weekly. I've looked for my loctite and just can't find it. Until I get some more, I'll continue the regular maintenance.

Here's a tip. If you bump your limbs with the palm of your hand you can hear the module rattle if it's the slightest bit loose. Good indicator of when to tighten them.
