Indiana doesn't allow rifles, but they do have a two straight week firearm season that starts around November 13. There are some huge bucks taken each year in Parke, Clay and surrounding counties. Indiana has some great country and it wouldn't surprise me if the next world record comes from there.
IDNR began allowing certain pistol caliber centerfires this past season.
The southern and northern rim counties are your best bet for larger deer and turkeys.
