Ditto. The screws fits in the middle hole of the module but it needs to go in from the other side through the cam and into the mod.

I would also be a very good idea to remove each module screw one at a time andcote each of the 6 module screws with either loctite or finger nail polish and then reinstall. For some reason they seem to be prone to working their way out if not "glued" into place.
