If I had to choose from that list I would bet from experience the Savage would be the most accurate.
I would buy the Weatherby Vanguard. I owned one a few years ago and the fit and finish was good and it shot 1" groups with handloads.
I personally have had bad luck with the accuracy of Model 70' s, I have owned 4 of them, won' t buy another one.
