It dosn`t matter if the guy has 1 tree on HIS 50 acres or 1000 or the whole place looks like a golf course and he sits in the middle of it in lounge chair with a gun........it`s STILL HIS and it`s PRIVATE PROPERTY..........and you are wrong to be on his land if he dosn`t want you or your dogs there.........You can`t blame the deer for running anywhere........it`s a wild animal under no ones control......where as your dogs should be under your control at all times.
