RE: Want/Need To Tune My Bow?
LT, I can all but promise you that's your problem. YOU need to paper tune your bow, the guy at the shop does not shoot it the same way you do. It's like having someone else sight in your rifle.....It just doesn't work.
Honestly bro....head down there and you do the shooting......Get that fixed, and I would be willing to bet your problems will be nearly solved.
LT, when you're on....shoot me a PM.....We'll walk through it, or shoot....I'll give you my cell number and you can call me.....We'll get it figured out, it really is pretty simple.
To figure centershot, w/out the tools..... nock an arrow, and if you have a fall away rest, pull the cord and raise it. Set the bottom cam on your foot and look down the front of the riser. The arrow should cut the limb bolts in half....Now, that's not 100% precise, but it'll get you close.
As far as level.....The nock needs to be about 1/8" higher than perfectly level....In other words....if the arrow is perfectly level to the ground, the nock needs to be just a TICK higher....not much bro...That will get you very close to where you need to be....
