I find that surprising too. I know quite a few people that have put their lower kits together without a problem. Takes me about 20-30 minutes. The other advantage is that you can get the trigger group and pistol grip that you want now and not have to replace them later. Don't let these guys scare you. You can use the extra money for your optics!
