I hope the cowards who shoot dogs get caught one day. You better hope its by the game warden instead of the dog owner, at least then you will jusy uh...GO TO JAIL. If you have a problem talk to the dog owner, if that doesnt work call the game warden dont be a coward a shot a inocent dog.
