If you want to run dogs then put a fence around your property to keep them in. If not, don’t cry when they don't come back. I like to watch deer and pick my shots. Not shoot at a flash of brown. My still hunting in no way affects dog hunting but, dog hunting does affect my still hunting. How is that fair? I have returned peoples pets and rabbit dogs that were lost. I have put shots across the nose of pets running deer. That usually stops them and they high tail it home. I have also dispatched a few that were wild, repeat offenders, or were basically trespassing for the hunting owner (usually a repeat offender). I can not respect someone who has no respect for me. Your liberties stop when they infringe upon mine and vice versa!
