ORIGINAL: GMMAT

I've got three screens open, right now. I got here at 5:00 this morning....and I'll be here at 6:30, tonight.

Tomorrow I'll spend 8-9 hours on the road.....and 3-4 hours in meetings withmy owner'srep. and his client.

Friday I'll do it allover again.

I can get the paperwork part of my projects done in about 15 days per project on the initial push. From that point on.....I react. Each project runs from 120 to sometimes 400 days. I typically manage 3 at a time.
