John,
Don' t know how to shoot any way but how I hunt. I used the same form, stance, anchor point etc. I was very careful. Even made a couple checks of my draw length just to make sure it was 29" and I wasn' t overdrawing. I shot the same arrow 10 times then took an average. The numbers that I got were similiar to what the bowyer got. I was amazed when he told me how fast the bow was, so I wanted to do an independent test. I used the excuse of helping my 9 year old do a science experiment on KE to get a chrono[>:] The bowyer told me that he was extremely pleased with the bamboo and canarywood limbs and that he plans on making a few more. A dealer contacted me as he heard about the bow and wanted some pictures and info. He had done some tests on a similiar model with different limbs and was impressed with the speed and smoothness of the bow. Gordy stated that this particular limb combo was just awesome. I' m going to do some more testing tonight with different arrow weights and a couple other bows. I' ll post the results. Don' t know what to say but the speed is real
