Jeff, man you could have worked that peice, a couple of food plots and well placed stands. It would have spread your pressure and led to more deer sightings, even if you did not see that many deer on it. I wouldve just asked to see it before you put down money and walk the tract over real good. IT is not a bad price either, really. Thats my .02 cents.
