when i blew dang near everything in my shoulder, they covered my entire shoulder in icy hot patches. they were explaining why to me but i had a bit of a problem with the pain from tearing almost everything in my shoulder so i cant remember there reasoning. it really did do wonders. i havent used it since, but will if i need to!
