For me, that is too many people to be involved with. I've heard many horror stories about leases/hunt clubs, that I am nervous any time an offer like yours comes up. Even though mathematically it is 146 acres per person, the chances of everyone sitting in the middle of their patch is pretty much 0. So, you are the guy who is sucking hind tit as far as spots go since you are the newest member, but there could be a real good spot on the edge of yoru spot, so that is where the other guy sits. The guy made it known to you that everyone has their own spots already, so asking someone to get off your line isn't going to happen. Also, if something turns up wrecked/missing/whatever, generally the new guy is to blame. "we've never had a stand missing until Jeff started hunting here..."
