Substituted ground venisonwith ground bison. Used different salsas, because I coundn't find what you had recomended. Added 2 cans of kidney beans. Got to have beans. Added Mrs dash, salt and pepper, parsley, dried onions,bay leaves and a packet of chilli spice. It was a little thick formy likeing,so I added some, let me rephrase, quite a bit of red wine. It may have turned out thick, because I poured off quite a bit of the bacon fat. Turned out wonderful.Thanks,
