Wow! Gotta say that that first morning when you hear that first gobble. I always think 'man, hard to believe another year went past so fast'.

Other than that, there is no BAD time to be turkey hunting for me. Now the weather and the birds might not feel this way but I only get so many days a year and when I have em I'll be out there unless the wind is above, well..................... 100mph?

I just try my very best to tell myself, I can't possibly even get lucky if I'm sitting in the truck, sleeping in bed, or for god's sake at the office................but then again, turkey hunting season naps whether in the woods or otherwise are pretty sweet too!
