Default RE: Short review on ROSS cardiac

ORIGINAL: rybohunter

Take it for what its worth, I'm far from a bow geek, and only took about a half dozen shots but here's my reviewof the ROSS cardiac.

I shot the 33" model at 60#. first impression was it was much lighter than the boat anchor I currently shoot, but didn't feel like a little toy either. It was real top heavy though. Not something I am used to. Draw was smooth, but broke a little later than I expected. The shot was absolutely shock & noise free. It was by far the deadest bow in my hands(not many to compare though) I was VERY impressed. Tripping the release, you barely knew the shot was off.
How was the grip? One thing I really like about my CR334 is the very minimalistic grip. Ever since I began working on my grip (i.e. not strangling the bow) I've really come to appreciated very little grip protruding from the riser.
