Apollo Breech plug help?

I think I got this in 1990. I am not sure this breech plug comes out. I don’t remember ever taking it out. I can’t get it out right now. Let it soak, heated with a torch, no luck , twisted the ears of a breech plug tool trying. I think I’ll call CVA Monday.
