I know most matthew cams have a few different settings, A, B, C marked on them, I've just assumed this is to adjust draw lengths, I'm not familiar with the MQ1, but I'd think you may just need your cam adjusted than replaced, less they offer 2 cams kinda a large/small draw length option.
