The string on the ones I have seen have actually not touched the rail, so there is quite a bit of reduction of down force
The "package" is a quiver, 3 aluminum arrows, and a red dot scope standard (then you can add the Accudraw 50 or Accudraw). If you want a scope instead of the red dot then it has to be swapped out...it is not available as a standard option
