My thoughts are yes, that it does happen. To what degree.....I don't know, depends on what someone considers widespread. I'd say maybe alittle more than occsional, but not a HUGE problem.
Now, poaching in general, I think is a much bigger problem than most want to admit, and has been LONG before any of these new regulations have gone into place. Multiple deer, multiple bucks, very littel risk of getting caught, and a societal "acceptance" of that just being how it is.
For what its worth, I thinka junior license should come with an either sex tag, and require that AR's be followed.
