Well when you see him let him know I don't particularly care for people that fish for sharks.

At least when we hunt we identify our target and cleanly kill it, or at least make our best effort to. Fishing is sort of a crap shoot.

Besides fishing seems a bit more cruel than hunting deer to me. I still do it though to be honest. And I'm the worst because I catch and release. How mean is that when you think about it.

As far as fish not feeling pain, well I'm not a fish so its pretty hard to say. And until one can talk to us it is just a theory. I was always under the impression that they didn't have any nerve endings in the lip area, not that they couldn't feel pain at all. I know that when my fish in my fish tank nip at each other one takes off, they don't just sit there and take it. So they must register something.

There is a lot we don't know, for all we know plants feel pain. Just because they can't express it or we don't know how to verify it doesn't meant it isn't so.

I'll tell you what though, if they ever discover that they can I'm not going to quit eating corn and taters (only vegetables I really like).
