Is it the pin, or the fiber optic?

If it's the former, you can probably order another one directly from the manufacturer off their website. If it's the latter, simply buy some more fiber optic material... Fitz fiber is widely regarded as some of the best. They've recently sold to a company called Scott and Sons if my memory serves me correctly.
