I use to go as high as possible, didn" t matter. But I have gotten smarter about that . I still go high but only just enough for conceilment in the tree limbs. Thats why I don" t like a climber, you stand out too much. But they sure as heck are comfortable, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.[&o]
I agree that the higher you are up the smaller the kill zone is on the target, of course it depends how far the deer is from the tree.
