Sorry I had such a short response,my son had abasketball game to see if they go to the championship game and we won,so we are in.
When working on standing up straight,you will notice at first it FEELS like you are leaning forward but you are not.Use a mirror to work on this and pictures and even video.A full length mirror will give you immediate feedback.Just stay relaxed,open the feet about shoulder width and center the weight over both feet and work from there.
I will have to admit that you do LOOK long but that is very subjective to your improper form.I am willing to bet the draw is closer than most think and I would also guess if it is a little long,it is not going to be much and should be very shootable for you given your age and the possibility you may grow an inch tomorrow.
Stand up straight and we can take a look at it again.
