I use the Under Armour glove liners I like the nice tight fit and they worked for me even in Dec. in NE where I had some temps below zero. I don't have much problem with cold weather though

I wear the UA gloves, too. I also use the hand muff to keep them warm. UA gloves are +/- $30. I wear a pair of golf rain gloves (black) in my blind.
Hey MN.....the first time you see a buddy in a treestand without gloves on (but in full camo).....you'll start wearing gloves. It looks like two flashlights on the end of your arms as reflective as your naked hands look.
