OK, I'll tell ya...... Peak rutting dates for most of Wi and northern Ill..Nov, 17-23. It's a bell curve with the peak coinciding with the above dates.
You solved that, we carve it in stone, Nov. 17-23, no exceptions.

Sorry for being a bit coarse ( was drinking during the superbowl ), I should have explained further.

To me, the peak rut means the peak breeding days. This is entirely different from the seeking phase (Oct. 20th-Nov 6th) and the chasing phase ( Nov. 7th- 12th) and the tending/breeding phase (Nov. 13th-23rd). I also experience a short blip of rutting activity on Dec. 5th-10th and again Jan. 4th-7th.

These dates are approximate and may change by a few days from year to year.
