I have owned both and if I were to buy one I would choose the Marquis. While the Black Ice is a great bow, I just like the little extra A to A and it's a little faster too.

Russ, The Arrows I built to take to NE in Dec weighed over 500 grains and have an FOC of 20+% They flew awesome and hit like a brick. I had a difficult time finding my arrow I shot the Mule Deer Buck with. It completely passed through and traveled another 15 to 20 yards before coming to rest
