Well I really hate to do this
BUT, I was wondering, when can a hunter stand up for the sport he or she loves and has a great sense of loyalty towards?
I guess what I am refering to is this........first of all I am not writing this to start a fight or debate. Obviously by looking at the total hits on this there are alot of hunters out there that dont want to get involved in this by posting a response. But it sounds like
Arthur P says that we as hunters should not stand up for our sport vocally and defend it against others that are trying to inact laws against hunting, mainly antis. I dont mean this badly Arthur P but, when can I defend myself against these
non-
thinking people (I hope thats o.k to say), I hate to offend someone, someone that is attacking us every day that we as hunters are in the field trying to continue a sport that we love, that for most of us is a passion.
Most people in this day and age defend their way of life or the things they enjoy very defensively, that is most people except hunters, why? I do agree with you (Arthur P) that we should not name call, even though it is
very clear to us all that Mr.Cole
is an actual hunter (with his brain in left field somewhere) that just wants to hog big deer for himself during the rut. This is probably why we consider Mr. Cole an " idiot" for lack of a better term.
I really dont think this disagreement is between anybody else besides a greedy hunter and others that just want to enjoy their sport. No antis involved here, but I will keep your (Arthur P)opinion in mind as I wright a response in Wisconsin Outdoor News, Thank you for your thoughts Arthur P and everyone else, and please keep responding to this thread, I would like alot more responses, even just a
Agree or
Disagree with Mr. Cole.
