Why would you need to hire more employees?
Let's use my shop, for example. His hours are:
Mon. - 11-6
Tues. - 11-6
Wed. - Closed
Thurs. - 11-6
Fri. - 11-6
Sat. - 10-2
Sun. - Closed
If you're only open 32 hours a week....why in the world would you need to hire extra part-time help?
Sure the numbers add up to make money, but is the amount of money you make worth hassle you go through?
I guess if you look at opening the doors of the businessYOU CHOSE TO MAKE A LIVING ATas a"hassle"....then"No"....I don't suppose it would be worth it.
And who says we're talking about my shop owner's time???? I'm SURE there's someone who thinks the money they're getting paid to be ther eis "worth it".....or they wouldn't have taken that job.
Jeff, I totally agree with you .... it's nuts to me .... the more you're open to leagues and for business, the more the oportunity to make sales and gain customers ...... I'll tell you what it is ... they lost their love for the sport .... I would love Dave Steve (Buellahunter?) to comment here ... he opened up Double Lung Archery last year .....
