One issue I have had, especially with smaller diameter arrows is not getting the nock pushed into the jig receiver all the way, it slides into a V and if you don't push it in all the way the arrow isn't centered and you could have this problem.

I have also used the leave it out of the clamp a bit, just be carefull and get it even or you can end up with the vane not having consistent contact in the middle.
