I've shot a lot of bows, and Zippers have really impressed me lately. I had a very nice Extreme and sold it to a buddy, fancy riser, bocote limbs, finger grooves ... sweet. Thats the bow I took to Canada this year. I replaced it with a 54# @ 28" all bamboo Zipper. This weekend we shot them and IMO right now, for me, they're as good as any recurve made. Light in the hand for a recurve, maybe the lightest around, fast, very quiet, easy handling, very shootable and the prices are less than what you'd pay for most other recyrves.

if ya'll get a chance, shoot a Zipper, you might be very surprised like I was.
